Were still having issues getting the last of our members across server. Turns out there is a bug with gold spam mail, sometimes the mail will be ignored but not deleted leaving its ghost in the system preventing transfer.
However apart from that we are all set up and providing GM's don't take another week before fixing the mail issue we will be all go into ICC hardmodes with the 25% buff.
In the mean time at least there is a small bit of good news for those like me still farming endlessly for Thunderfury this just came through a blue post
"We aren't removing MC or BWL as of this writing. We aren't going out of our way to remove old legendaries. The only risk there in a case like Thunderfury is if we change a zone like Silithus so much that the quests become hard to keep intact."
So I can farm another year in vain for Garrs binding.

What Your Toon Really Means
So this morning I started to prepare for the move to Barthilas. I was writing down the names of my friends list and sending over any mementos and items that I would need on the new server.
That's when it finally hit me, the realisation of what I was about to do. All these memories that had been forged on this server were being left behind. No more would I be able to talk to these friends of years whenever they came online(until Real ID), no longer would I be a mail away from sharing something with all my toons.
Probably the closest I can come to describing it is that it's like moving house. You called it home for so long, got used to the way it felt and built memories there. If you have ever moved servers you know what this feels like, if not then try to imagine how you would feel to leave it all behind.
Its not all bad news, while I will hurt to leave the past and all my alts behind I know that the new server will eventually build these anew. New friends, new alts and most importantly new memories with the guildies that I love and get along with.
This time next week I should be posting about the wonders of these new memories are we start again and work towards a better, happier, more mature and more progressed guild.
Goodbye Dath'Remar I will miss you.

The New Name
It is now official the guild will be named when we move to Barthilas.
Until then we just sit in waiting taking a break from raiding for the weekend.
Hopefully the last of our guildies hacked goods will be returned before Tuesday when we move.

A New Name
So were still on Dath'Remar for the moment while the recent account compromise's are sorted out, however in the mean time it seems we have finally settled on a name. I won't post it here yet until we have it signed up but with all luck come next week we will be on a new server with a new name and can finally get back to raiding and making some interesting post material.
While we wait to transfer me and my partner have been leveling a Paladin and Priest together, She has taken a Paladin tank and I have chosen to Heal as a Priest. I did originally plan to level as shadow however in the effort to bring down wait times for LFG I went Heals. Originally I was Disc but I have found PW:S really powerful and boring so I have respeced Holy and am now waiting to run again to see if a deep Holy build will last or whether I have to drop cool things like CoH for a while to pick up some mana regain.

Big Changes to End Disapointment
This weekends raiding has been disappointing at say the least, we extended the 25man lockout to try for progression and it went well first attempt was 60% and then attempt 2 was a 20% wipe due to a poor transition. Then we lost a raider to friends showing up and things got worse. It took far to long to get a replacement willing to be saved. Once we found one things just got worse with our best attempt in the next 4 being to 60%. We had to call it when we lost another raider to unknown reasons.
Tonight we went into 10man hoping to get at least one team to Lich King this week. It went about the same having to be call after a long night at Putricide with un-aware trials and someone leaving. The group not stacked for the Lich King is still going in frost halls as we speak which is disappointing but good for them.
Big news for me and my guild, after watching our server slowly die at progression and the few strong on server moving to Horde.
After a week of heavy thinking me and my officers have decided to move the guild to Barthilas. It would be a fresh start free from the name established by the founders of Lifé and away from the poor raiders we have been seeing recently. The guild we aim to make will be a place for mature raiders that can make the times we need, do the work we need and still have fun and do off night events sometimes.
We let the guild know tonight about the change and we had mixed responses, it seems some have surprised us with choosing to come others that we would have liked to follow wont be.
I personally will miss many of those staying behind and hope them well with where they head next. As for me I look forward to a brighter future with a much stronger guild.
